If you work in a laboratory, daily entries in a laboratory diary are probably commonplace for you. Or is it not yet? We have prepared recommendations on how to keep a proper laboratory diary.
The positions at the head of the organization representing the interests of the transfer community were defended by experienced matadors supplemented by several new faces. The members of met on 21 March at the Hybernská Campus for a membership meeting, where a new board of directors was elected to manage the association for the next four years. That this will not be without changes in activity was indicated by the comments of some of the newly elected. At the same time, elected its Supervisory Board and approved the reports on activities and management for 2022 and the plan of activities for 2023.
The advantage of PLA products over traditional plastics was supposed to be their biodegradability. Unfortunately, this often does not work in practice. A team of scientists from the Institute of Rock Structure and Mechanics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic has come up with a solution on how to recycle and process PLA.
The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA CR) has announced the preliminary parameters of the public competition for the programme to support industrial research and experimental development - TREND. According to preliminary information, TA CR should announce the competition on 5. April 2023.

The Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry of the CAS and the start-up Sophomer Ltd. have signed a license agreement for the commercialization of their technology. The Technology Transfer Centre of the CAS also participated in the licensing. Recently, this column reported on the formation of DATI by the German Federal Transfer Agency.
